Good food. Cold drinks. The kind of evenings you don't want to end.
Everything we serve is made with love from your first coffee of the morning to your last sundowner of the night.
The Nakamal
The heart of the resort.
The Nakamal is where the day begins and ends at Aore. Named after the traditional meeting place of Vanuatu village life, it's the kind of restaurant that feels relaxed and special at the same time.
Breakfast is fresh, tropical, and included in every stay. Think banana bread still warm from the oven, papaya and muesli boats, yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs your way, and proper coffee to start the morning right.
Lunch and dinner draw on the best of the Pacific with fresh local seafood, island-inspired dishes, and international favourites made with ingredients sourced as close to home as possible. The menu changes twice daily.
Day guests are welcome for lunch and dinner by reservation only.
Dinner Entertainment
Some nights, the island puts on a show.
A few nights each week, dinner at The Nakamal becomes something a little more memorable. Local ni-Vanuatu performers bring traditional song, dance, and culture to the table, a genuine window into the living culture of Espiritu Santo that you won't find in a guidebook.
t's not a tourist performance. It's the real thing, shared with warmth and pride by the people of this island.
Check the entertainment schedule when you arrive and your hosts will let you know what's on during your stay.
